At Merry People, we want you to love your boots as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Whether you need a different size or a different color, we are here to ensure your feet stay dry and stylish.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Boots

  Place your unworn boots back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
